1. DELIVERY HOURS
Tuesday - Friday: 12 pm to 5 pm
Saturday: 12 pm to 4 pm
Sunday: 12 pm to 3 pm
Eve & Public Holidays: 12 pm to 3 pm (unless otherwise stated)
The kitchen will be closed for orders on Mondays and on the days that we are out for weddings and other events.
2. ORDERING
Minimum order of $40 applies for all orders.
As we are a catering company and our sate is made fresh for each order, we accept only advance orders.
Orders are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once we have reached our daily maximum limit, we are not able to accept any more orders.
Please check our Online Store for the availability of slots. Slots will not be available once orders are full or when we are out for events. If that happens, please do not make an order and then request for the delivery date/time to be changed to another date/time.
Jamil Saté Classic reserves the right to cancel or turn down orders for any reason as deemed appropriate by the team.
3. DEADLINE FOR ORDERS
3.1. Orders below $200
Order and payment need to be made before 12 noon, two days in advance (subject to availability of slots).
3.2. Orders ($200 and above)
Please email us at jamilsateclassic@gmail.com for orders $200 and above. Order and payment need to be made at least one week in advance (subject to availability of slots). If it is less than one week, we will try to fulfil your order if our schedule allows.
For orders $200 and above, payment can be made via iBanking or Bank Transfer.
3.3. Raw Frozen Sate Orders
As our sate is made fresh, order and payment need to be made at least one week in advance to ensure that we are able to fulfil your request.
As orders are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis, it's best to make your order early to avoid any disappointment.
4. ACCEPTANCE & CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
The process for placing an order is as follows:
- Sign in or continue as New Customer. Provide information regarding personal details.
- Choose your products and add them to cart.
- Choose delivery.
- Indicate the delivery date and time.
- Validate the contents of the cart.
- Click on the 'Checkout' button.
- Enter Promo Code (if any).
- Indicate remarks (if any).
- Accept the T & C.
- Check and confirm that all details are correct.
- Validate payment.
Payment makes the order final and no amendment of the order may be entertained by or taken into consideration thereafter.
A confirmation email will be sent to the specified email address provided. Please ensure that the correct email address is given.
Jamil Saté Classic reserves the right to cancel or turn down orders for any reason as deemed appropriate by the team.
5. PAYMENT (SECURE TRANSACTIONS)
Full payment is required upon placing orders.
We accept only Credit/Debit Card payments on all orders.
The customer enters his/her card number, its expiry date and security code (composed of the three figures shown on the back of the bank card) and then validates this data. Payments made online by bank cards shall be carried out by way of the secured payment system of LCL bank. The request for payment is made in real time via the secured payment system of LCL bank - the bank ensures that it is a valid bank card (if no error is registered on entering the code and the card has not been stopped) and confirms registration of payment by delivering a transaction number or advises that the transaction has been refused (as the case may be).
After payment has been validated by the banking organisation, the order is then accepted and a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. The customer undertakes to personally use the bank card of which he/she is the registered holder. In the event of fraudulent use, the vendor cannot be held liable. In the absence of payment by the bank or a refusal by the banking centres to make payment, the order shall be automatically cancelled and the customer will be informed by email.
For orders $300 and above, you can choose to pay via ibanking or bank transfer.
6. UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Jamil Sate Classic reserves the right to change the product range at any time and from time to time. Certain offers may have a restricted period of validity that will be indicated for each product or product range.
Jamil Sate Classic undertakes to honour orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks. In rare cases, a product that is shown as available on the website may become unavailable after definite registration of the order.
In the event that one or several products ordered become(s) unavailable within the time period indicated, the customer will be informed by email.
The order shall be automatically cancelled and the customer is reimbursed within 30 days at the latest following full settlement of the amount paid, except where the customer expressly wishes to switch his/her order to a substitute product.
The customer agrees and acknowledges that no penalty shall be applied for such cancellations and that subject to the above, receipt of reimbursement of the amount paid by the customer shall be conclusive, and the customer waives all rights to claim any penalty or other costs from the vendor.
7. DELIVERY
A delivery charge of $14 or $16 (depending on the delivery location) applies to all delivery locations (except Jurong Island).
A standard rate of $16 applies to all locations in the CBD area.
A standard rate of $25 applies to Tuas and all locations in Sentosa.
There will be an additional $3 on top of the current delivery charge for each delivery order fulfilled on public holidays and eve of public holidays. And an additional of $2 for delivery on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Delivery will be made anytime within the hourly time slot. We will not be able to accede to any request for the delivery to be made at a specific time. For requests for an earlier delivery (within the 1 hour timeslot), please pay $5 for priority booking.
We will try our best to deliver within the time slot. However, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control (eg. vehicle breakdown, accident, major traffic delays, bad weather, etc), do expect delays.
In the event that the delivery is not fulfilled at the specified address given due to any reason (eg. nobody to receive the order, wrong delivery address is given, unable to contact the customer/recipient, etc), the delivery man will wait for a maximum of ten minutes at the location and try to contact the customer/recipient before he has to leave in order to fulfil other deliveries on time.
No compensation/refund will be made to the customer if the delivery could not be fulfilled for the above reason(s).
For redelivery, extra cost will be incurred by the customer/recipient and paid in cash directly to the delivery man.
8. AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Once an order is placed, no amendment, exchange, cancellation or refund is allowed. Jamil Sate Classic is not liable to provide a refund once an order is made and payment has been received.
Please check the contents of the Shopping Cart to ensure that you have added the correct items and that you have chosen the correct delivery date and time. We will not entertain any requests for changes to be made to the order.
10. STORAGE & CONSUMPTION
Food ordered must be consumed within three hours upon receiving the order.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any texts, remarks, structures, illustrations and images reproduced on the website are controlled and regulated by copyright as well as by intellectual property throughout the whole world. Any reproduction of the website, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior agreement.
12. PROHIBITION OF SALES OUTSIDE THE NETWORK
The products are intended to be sold exclusively through our distribution networks. It is therefore strictly prohibited to buy products for resale purposes outside of our networks, in particular, through websites. Over and above an infringement of our brands and the integrity of our products, such acts may involve the legal and criminal liability of their perpetrators, where appropriate.
